The position is Finance-aligned with a dual reporting line to Finance leadership and the Head of HR Vendor Management.

  • Vendor reporting & data summaries: Compile, validate, and summarize vendor-related metrics (e.g., spend, budget/forecast views, savings tracking, performance/SLA-KPI trends, risk/issue themes) into concise leadership-facing outputs.
  • Milestone and deliverable tracking: Own trackers for key activities (renewals, contract milestones, governance actions, remediation items), monitor timelines, and drive follow-ups with accountable owners.
  • Business rhythm & meeting support: Coordinate agendas and pre-reads, capture actions/decisions, and manage follow-ups across HR Vendor Management forums and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Financial support (in partnership with Finance): Support monthly/quarterly routines including baseline updates, variance commentary, forecast inputs, and ad hoc analysis related to HR vendor spend and operating plans.
  • Process standardization & continuous improvement: Maintain templates, documentation, and controls evidence as needed; identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data quality and operating cadence.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Work across HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Risk/Controls to collect inputs, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Required qualifications

  • 24 years of relevant experience in business management, finance, operations, vendor management support, consulting, or an analogous role.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (executive storytelling) and Excel (pivots, lookups, structured tracking; comfort working with large data sets).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into crisp leadership-ready summaries.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a consistent record of on-time delivery across multiple priorities.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive vendor/HR and financial information.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

  • Familiarity with finance concepts (budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis) and data quality controls.
  • Experience building lightweight operating routines (dashboards, trackers, standardized templates).
