Join an award winning Home Lending sales team. As a Home Lending Sales Strategy Support Analyst you will work closely with the sales team to provide efficiency and effectiveness strategic sales initiatives across the Consumer Originations and Home Lending team. 

As a Sales Strategy Support Analyst within Consumer Originations and the Home Lending Team, you will have an opportunity to provide analytical and critical support for Consumer Originations Sales teams on all aspects of sales performance. This will include, but is not limited to sales reporting, problem-solving, and presenting analytical results as informative and actionable reporting. 

Job responsibilities 

Effectively owns running sales-related reporting, including monitoring sales activity, identifying trends, and highlighting coaching opportunities, while building strong relationships with sales leaders and team members. 

Develops reporting and analyses, such as productivity analysis, behavior tracking, pipeline oversight, and prepares ad hoc management reports and presentations, leveraging advanced Excel skills and expertise in developing impactful presentations. 

Escalates analytical issues quickly and drives resolution; solution-focused, with a talent for independently developing value-add, data-informed solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. 

Conducts sales-based research to identify areas of opportunity or highlight pipeline outliers for sales leaders, presenting findings in a clear, actionable manner.

Maintains excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with an ability to deliver high-quality work and compelling presentations in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment. 

Continually drives to effectively build and nurture relationships with all levels of sales leaders and support, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented culture. 

Develops and maintains complex reporting with an understanding of current business processes and functions, utilizing advanced Excel techniques and collaborative input from stakeholders. 

Provides actionable and valuable analysis to help drive business results while building and documenting processes on reports and/or analytical tasks, ensuring alignment with team goals and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial services industry. 

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (including advanced functions and data analysis), Outlook, PowerPoint (developing and delivering presentations), Word. 

Proven reporting and analytical skills. Able to effectively communicate verbally and through presentations to all levels, including senior managers. 

Strong presentation skills, with experience developing and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences. 

Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines. 

Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings in a digestible and concise manner. 

Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and proactively contribute to team deliverables, building strong working relationships across the organization. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau. 

Bachelors degree in analytics, statistics, finance, or related field.
