As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a key member of our platform team, championing quality and scalability across our digital solutions. You will work closely with digital, product, and technology teams to understand their requirements, translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications, and help deliver high-quality solutions within AEM. Your role will involve supporting production releases, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our digital platforms meet both business and user needs.

  • 57 years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems
  • Data-driven mindset with a basic understanding of web performance and customer engagement metrics
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements
  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver digital solutions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong technical aptitude and critical thinking abilities
