As an Associate – Advisor Marketing Compliance in the Channel Marketing team, you support the management of content approvals and marketing initiatives for US Funds. You coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance and timely delivery of marketing materials. You play a key role in enhancing advisor engagement and supporting business growth through effective marketing processes.
- Manage the firm approval process for key partner firms, including obtaining FINRA letters as needed.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for marketing strategy email approvals and monitor approval statuses.
- Coordinate with US Funds marketing team members for ad-hoc marketing approval requests.
- Oversee and improve web page experience, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Own content updates for marketing materials such as sales flyers, product listings, and coverage maps.
- Ensure schedule visibility by posting updates on shared sites like Confluence and Frontpage.
- Manage email creation and distribution using tools such as Workfront and Nexus.
- Communicate approval statuses and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement best practices for executing marketing projects.
- Build relationships with partners across the marketing organization.
- Apply risk and control measures to mitigate potential risks in marketing processes.
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in asset management or financial services marketing.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with outstanding written and verbal skills, including proofreading and grammatical expertise.
- Build credibility and trust through consistent delivery of quality outcomes.
- Apply strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Identify and implement procedure improvements for marketing projects.
- Collaborate effectively within a matrixed marketing organization.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multiple initiatives.
- Support risk and control initiatives in marketing processes.
