AQR is hiring a Compliance Marketing Review Associate to conduct comprehensive, timely reviews of marketing and client-facing materials (reports, research, web content, social media) for compliance with global regulations such as the SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210, ESMA and FCA. The role provides practical, solution-oriented guidance to business development and investment teams, interprets regulatory developments, and helps implement and update compliance policies and training. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably with an investment adviser or broker-dealer) and strong knowledge of advertising and performance reporting rules.
