Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Gain insights into how Taiwan Operations teams come together to serve clients, make meaningful contributions in a collaborative environment, and help innovate solutions that improve processes and support day-to-day teams during audits and inspections.

 

As an Associate within the Taiwan Asset Management Operations, you will be grounded in Client Fee Billing and support various business management activities. You will gain exposure to sharpen your technical, analytical, and leadership skills through hands-on training and periodic rotations across Operations (e.g., Fund Services Support, Middle Office, Guideline Management). You will also support clients end-to-end by partnering across teams, contributing to process improvement, and supporting audit and inspection readiness. 

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Participate in hands-on training and periodic rotations across Taiwan Operations teams (e.g., Fund Services Support, Middle Office, Guideline Management).
  • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure effective execution and strong risk management.
  • Partner with teams across Taiwan Operations to support clients end-to-end.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Support audit and inspection activities by assisting day-to-day teams with preparation, documentation, and responses as needed.
  • Develop an understanding of end-to-end operational processes and controls across rotations.
  • Support Client Fee Billing activities and business management activities, including coordination and execution support where required.
  • SITCA License or Senior Brokerage License is required.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant operations experience.
  • Strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to develop innovative solutions, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for operational processes.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Chinese as the role requires communication with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Proactive, flexible, hardworking, and accurate, with a can do attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new applications in an ever-changing environment.
