Primary responsibilities include preparing and elaborating technical support drawings for projects and construction works, verifying potential architectural and specialty incompatibilities, creating supporting documentation for Construction Management, and preparing quantity/comparative maps for market consultations.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction systems, proficiency in Excel for map preparation and completion, advanced AutoCAD skills for drawing preparation and measurements, and language skills in English and Spanish. Candidates should have a solid understanding of technical documentation processes and construction project management.
