Job description
A crucial role in the Global Occupancy Planning team that involves leading and managing space utilization, migration plans, and strategic portfolio management for real estate clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in space planning, data analysis, and client advisory services.
Primary responsibilities involve serving as an account leader for Occupancy Planning and Management, delivering JLL's best practices, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams. This includes fostering critical relationships, coordinating across various JLL businesses, and ensuring comprehensive delivery of space planning solutions.
Required experience includes 8-15 years in managing occupancy, space management, and change management processes. The role demands expert-level data analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with CAFM systems and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, utilization analysis, and the ability to create credible planning reports are essential.
