Primary Responsibilities include managing project flows in commercial office, industrial, and retail sectors, ensuring high-quality service delivery, technical due diligence preparation, and adherence to contractual obligations. The role involves cross-selling services, supporting business development, and maintaining client relationships.
Required Experience and Skills include over 5 years of Technical Advisory or Project Management experience, strong engineering background, excellent client management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project, fluent English, and a relevant civil engineering or construction-related university degree. Candidates must demonstrate commercial acumen, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
