JLL is seeking a skilled valuer for their Prime Central London Residential Valuation team to focus on high-value single dwelling assets and residential development. The role involves leading complex valuations, working with diverse clients, and requires strong financial and analytical skills in real estate valuation.
Primary responsibilities include conducting prime residential valuations, investment and development valuations, working independently and supporting directors on complex high-value instructions, and actively developing client relationships across lenders, developers, and individual clients.
Required experience includes MRICS qualification with minimum 3+ years professional experience, RICS Registered Valuer status, comprehensive knowledge of residential property valuation methodologies, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, proficiency with Argus Developer, and ability to produce high-quality, accurate reports.
