We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Capital Introduction Analyst to join our prime brokerage team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong understanding of hedge funds, capital markets, and investor relationships to contribute to a growing and dynamic team in one of Asia’s leading financial hubs.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist the team in maintaining updated records of hedge fund clients and their engagement history. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation, formatting & updating of marketing materials such as fund profiles, content pieces and investor analysis. 
• Support all team members under the Capital Intelligence team, including Capital Introductions, Business Consulting and Content with a focus on the capital introductions component to the team.
• Working within project management, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM system.
• Conduct statistical analysis of hedge fund performance data using various data vendors.
• Support the execution of capital introduction conferences and client roadshows across the Asia
• Assist in the research and data gathering efforts of the capital intelligence team to assist the business consulting services and strategic content efforts of the group.

Desired Skills 

• A strong academic background on track to obtaining a minimum of a 3.6 GPA or equivalent.  
• Strong interest in hedge funds, investor relations, and financial markets. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with VBA, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus. 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. 
• Proactive in seeking learning opportunities and feedback. 
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize effectively.  
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, sharing of information and collaboration is essential for success.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA & Access Database skills.
• Strong data manipulation and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
• Strong team player and understands the importance of teamwork.
• Japanese language skills a plus, but not required.
