We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. Youll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this youll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!



What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Content Marketing Trainee to join our EMEA Marketing team. You will support the delivery of content marketing strategies by helping to create and optimise content that drives engagement, supports business objectives, and is continually refined to be as impactful and clientcentric as possible.

You will play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the EMEA and North America Content teams, working closely with partners across Advisory, Discretionary, Institutional, and Digital Platforms, as well as broader marketing and business stakeholders.

You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the team in executing content marketing strategies and producing content that supports firm objectives across multiple formats, including articles, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.

  • Supporting the team on adhoc projects and content initiatives as required, including keeping content calendars and trackers updated, reporting on activity, compliance support, competitor content analysis, and the development of content best practices.

  • Utilising and advocating for content analytics, using insights to inform what works, what doesnt, and how content performance can be improved.

  • Leveraging AI to deliver highimpact content programmes, including enhancing idea generation, content creation, and distribution.

  • Adhering to established processes, templates, training, style guides, and bestpractice documentation.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • A passion for content marketing and/or copywriting desirable but not essential

  • Curiosity, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Competent in using Microsoft programs, in particular, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
