Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production and maintenance of collateral relating to IREs Asia Pacific, multi-portfolio funds + Asia Pacific separate accounts in terms of quarterly updates/maintenance through to due diligence support and other ad-hoc requests. We also cover wider corporate marketing initiatives including investment strategy/thought leadership, ESG, new business opportunities, events (including production and communication of timings to participants + on-site support) and other ad-hoc projects as required by the business.

  • Perform a review of the collaterals data + messaging as well as the design - making improvements where possible whilst aligning to Invesco brand guidelines and considering consistency with other related documents.

  • Manage the compliance review/approval process - Oversight and support of the quarterly approvals process, advising colleagues and amending documents to adhere to regulations prior to submitting for compliance review, ensuring adherence to any new regulations

  • Communicating with stakeholders about any compliance approvals and publishing those files to the Invesco digital platforms for them to access and leverage for any capital raising efforts.

  • Maintaining clear instructions on where to source data for our support team who help us with the manual data updates/input each quarter.

  • Contribute to management of team group email inbox (where colleagues send requests for capacity from the team) + corresponding workload management file which records of all the requests we receive and what progress has been made on each item.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required:

  • Experience:

    • Within the financial/asset management industry/comparable role (preferable but not essential)

    • Collateral production and maintenance: Data checking, content review, design (with adherence to brand guidelines)

    • Compliance marketing review process (preferable but not essential)

  • Knowledge:

    • Advanced user of Microsoft office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel

    • Global marketing compliance framework and requirements + Red Oak (preferable but not essential)

    • Intermediate to advanced user of Adobe: PremierePro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Other Personal Attributes Required

    • Dedicated, responsible, reliable, collaborative

    • Attention to detail

    • Eye for design: Keen sense of aesthetics and a strong ability to judge what makes a design effective

    • Ability to multi-task/coordinate several projects simultaneously to tight deadlines

    • Interpersonal skillsInteraction with stakeholders from across the globe, from primarily Asia Pacific + extending to North America and EMEA.
