Within Tribe Payments, our Customer Insights team is responsible for turning raw transaction data into clear, meaningful and actionable insights. Our ambition is simple but bold: help customers understand their money instantly, reduce friction when something goes wrong, and empower better financial decisions, at scale.

To strengthen this mission, were looking for a Product Manager Customer Insights who is excited to work at the intersection of customer experience, data, payments and technology.

The team & setup

Youll join a multidisciplinary product team within Payments, working with engineers, designers, data specialists, and stakeholders across Commercial, Risk and Operations.

Together, youll help shape how transaction insights are designed, built and scaled, not only in the Netherlands, but also across new markets. This is a role for a product professional who enjoys handson ownership, collaboration, and seeing tangible impact from their work.

Your role & what youll be doing

As Product Manager Customer Insights, you take responsibility for meaningful parts of the customer journey and drive them from problem discovery to live product.

You combine a commercial mindset with technical fluency and are comfortable working closely with engineers to make informed product decisions in a complex payments environment. You focus on delivering customer value today while shaping solutions that can scale tomorrow.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and improve key parts of the Customer Insights and Transaction experience
  • Turn customer problems and commercial opportunities into clear product requirements
  • Work closely with engineering and design to bring solutions to life
  • Use data and insights to prioritise what matters most
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure solutions are reliable, compliant and scalable
  • Support international rollouts by designing products that can grow beyond one country
  • Continuously learn and improve the product based on real customer usage and feedback

What were looking for

Were looking for a product person who is curious, pragmatic and impactdriven.

You bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role in a digital product environment
  • Strong commercial acumen: you understand how products create value and how to measure success
  • Solid technical understanding: data flows, APIs, platforms and delivery constraints make sense to you
  • A datainformed mindset when it comes to prioritisation and decisionmaking
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a regulated, complex environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with payments, transaction data, reporting or customer support journeys
  • Exposure to scaling products internationally
