Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is made up of almost 10,000 colleagues across 58 countries and territories. This business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, currencies and regulations, quickly and efficiently with dedicated in-country and regional support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industrys most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional, and country awards.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • To develop and enhance the range of GPS products, including but not limited to core cash management, incl. domestic payment, international payment, receivable payments, and general cash product governance to meet the cash management needs of the banks Corporate and Institutional clients and to enhance the banks cash management business. Generate product ideas for existing or new products, screen and prioritize product ideas, coordinate market research, development project, conduct market rollout and product commercialization activities.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase product penetration, usage and revenue.
  • Manage product profitability, costing, margin and pricing decision. Track, benchmark service quality and drive internal processes to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • From administration, to manage budgeting and funding for the teamperform risk control and relevant vendor management, including but not limited to tracking of ongoing governance and associated internal processes.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of cash management experience preferably in the area of product management, with fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Possesses project management skills. Demonstrated ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions
  • Prior experience in a similar product commercialization role with strong ability to track profitability and adjust strategies in light of headwinds will be a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers successfully will be a plus
