What we do
At INGs HR Data Team, our mission is to enable the best data-driven decision-making within HR. We do this by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover insights that support both strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives. Our work helps ING attract, retain, and develop top talent through smarter, evidence-based choices.

What youll do

  • Rebuild the excisting dashboards to Power BI (that track and visualize the HR topics).
  • Drive the implementation of Power BI across the team and the HR organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data reporting and visualization processes.
  • Youll play a key role in introducing and embedding Power BI within HR, from building dashboards to empowering colleagues to work with data more effectively.

  • A 3rd year HBO student in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • You have experience with or a strong interest in Power BI and data visualization.
  • Youre analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy making complex data easy to understand.
  • Youre proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Youre a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and sharing insights.
