Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Branch Agent to join our Madrid Acacias Team of Branches

The responsibility of this team is to provide operational and customer support in the branch, assisting with basic banking tasks and helping customers with their day-to-day needs

 and our way of working is agile, service-oriented and team-based, learning on the job with continuous support from experienced colleagues.

Your key responsibilities:

You will:

Positively contribute to the daily operation of the branch by supporting the team in customer service and basic operational tasks.

Co-create a positive customer experience by working closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient, friendly and professional service.

Ensure accuracy, compliance and confidentiality while handling customer requests and internal processes.
