At ING we are looking for a Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst to join our Mangement AccountingTeam within theFinance function, to help us in our ambition to be strategic partner to ING Spain management and business leaders.

Together with a team of engaged professionals, you act as an advisor to various stakeholders (EXCO, Retail tribes, WB teams, COO domain etc.), by delivering timely, rigorous and insightful information and help bring the banks strategy into execution.

You help the different teams to make their financial forecasts, track actuals vs. budget, and drive initiatives to improve the forecasts. You also play a key role in the monthly P&L closing process and you build the reports for the monthly management reporting to Head Office and local Executive Committee. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive bank strategy reports (MIS, QPC..)that will serve as a key input for critical strategic discussions.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst you will:

- Responsible for the monthly management reporting to Head Office.

-Build the report for actuals and forecast for: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, FTEs, etc for Retail Banking (Private Individuals, PriBa & Buba) and Wholesale Banking

- Build a solid network with Global Finance colleagues to ensure smooth collaboration and communication

- Ability to produce strategic management reports (QPC, MIS) and effectively coordinate with stakeholders across the bank, synthesizing information, comparing actual results against established targets, analyzing deviations, and providing valueadded, insightful commentary to support both the reported figures and the banks overall strategic objectives

- Coordinate with the Financial Accounting area for the actuals monthly closing, analyzing the evolution versus target.

- Feed your curiosity with research and competition monitoring. Keep an eye on the market!

- Process Understanding & Optimization

Ability to understand processes and identify opportunities to simplify them.

Committed to driving efficiency both at the bank-wide and team level.

Focused on process optimization in the management of the teams business-as-usual activities.

Master or bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience (preferably in banking and/or consulting).

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para el rol de Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst para unirse a nuestro Mangement Accounting Team dentro de la funcin de Finance, y ayudarnos en nuestra ambicin de ser un/a socio/a estratgico/a para el management y las personas lderes del negocio de ING Espaa.

Ayudas a los diferentes equipos a elaborar sus previsiones financieras, hacer el seguimiento de los datos reales frente al presupuesto y liderar iniciativas para mejorar dichas previsiones. Tambin juegas un papel clave en el proceso mensual de cierre de P&L y construyes los informes para el reporting mensual de management a Head Office y al Comit Ejecutivo local. Adicionalmente, sers responsable de elaborar informes integrales de estrategia del banco (MIS, QPC, etc.) que servirn como input clave para discusiones estratgicas crticas.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst:

• Ser responsable del reporting mensual de management a Head Office.
• Construir el informe de datos reales y previsiones para: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, FTEs, etc. para Retail Banking (Private Individuals, PriBa y BuBa) y Wholesale Banking.
• Construir una red slida con las personas colegas de Global Finance para asegurar una colaboracin y comunicacin fluidas.
• Capacidad para elaborar informes estratgicos de management (QPC, MIS) y coordinarse de manera efectiva con stakeholders de todo el banco, sintetizando informacin, comparando resultados reales frente a los objetivos establecidos, analizando desviaciones y proporcionando comentarios con valor aadido y perspectiva para respaldar tanto las cifras reportadas como los objetivos estratgicos globales del banco.
• Coordinarse con el rea de Financial Accounting para el cierre mensual de datos reales, analizando la evolucin frente al objetivo.
• Alimentar tu curiosidad mediante investigacin y seguimiento de la competencia. Mantn un ojo en el mercado!
• Comprensin y optimizacin de procesos
  Capacidad para entender los procesos e identificar oportunidades de simplificacin.
  Compromiso con la mejora de la eficiencia tanto a nivel global del banco como del equipo.
  Enfoque en la optimizacin de procesos en la gestin de las actividades business-as-usual del equipo.
