The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 17 000 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Experience in HR processes, employee experience, or product-related roles,
  • Strong understanding of employee journeys and HR domain (Workday is a plus),
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions,
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams,
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
  • Ability to operate in a complex, international organisation,
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement,
  • Fluent in English (business proficiency).

You'll get extra points for:

  • Experience with journey mapping, design thinking, or experience frameworks,
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment,
  • Affinity with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics,
  • Experience in a digital product or platform-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities:

Design and improve employee journeys

  • Design, analyse, and optimise employee journeys across the full lifecycle,
  • Own and continuously enhance end-to-end journeys across systems and touchpoints,
  • Identify pain points and drive continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Lead journey mapping and contribute to improvement roadmaps.

Translate business needs into solutions

  • Gather and understand business and stakeholder needs,
  • Translate them into clear as-is and to-be process designs,
  • Convert requirements into high-quality user stories and backlog items.

Drive stakeholder engagement

  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and global stakeholders,
  • Build strong relationships and facilitate alignment in a complex environment,
  • Represent the voice of the employee within the squad and product team.

Contribute to product development

  • Work closely with Product Manager, Lead Engineer, and Architect (Product Trinity),
  • Support product discovery, backlog prioritisation, and delivery,
  • Contribute to product vision and roadmap using journey insights.

Enable data-driven improvements

  • Use data, feedback, and metrics to monitor journey performance,
  • Identify opportunities and recommend improvements based on insights,
  • Support decision-making with data-driven analysis.

Support HR transformation

  • Contribute to harmonised and scalable HR solutions,
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency in HR processes,
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital HR solutions (e.g. Workday),
  • Ensure alignment with the ING People Strategy and global standards.
