Your role

You will take ownership of shaping and continuously improving global Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable and aligned with business goals. Working closely with senior HR stakeholders and operating within the Advisory Hub, you will drive process consistency, strengthen governance and use data to enhance hiring outcomes across regions.

Your tasks

  • Drive continuous improvement of endtoend Talent Acquisition processes using data, insights and feedback
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks and pain points and translate them into improvement initiatives
  • Define and manage global governance frameworks, including controls, decision forums and issue management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and data privacy requirements
  • Monitor process adherence and address any noncompliance
  • Collaborate with global HR leaders, TA teams, CoEs and delivery teams
  • Balance global process standards with local business and market needs
  • Partner with HR Technology teams to align systems, processes and track KPIs and performance insights

Your profile

  • You bring experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Transformation or process ownership in a global environment
  • You have designed or managed endtoend HR processes at scale
  • You understand Talent Acquisition operating models, governance and performance metrics
  • You are comfortable working with HR systems supporting recruitment processes
  • You collaborate effectively with stakeholders in complex, matrix organisations
  • You use data and insights to guide decisions and drive improvements
  • You communicate clearly and simplify complex concepts for different audiences
  • You take ownership, show accountability and contribute to continuous improvement and collaboration
