Key Responsibilities
Organizational & Cost Center Change Execution
- Support and execute organizational, cost center, and structural changes, including:
- Centralization of cost center maintenance
- New entity, function, or organizational setup
- Ensure changes are implemented consistently across HR, Finance, and reporting systems
Master Data Management Across Systems
Create, maintain, and control organizational and cost center master data across:
- Upstream / Input systems:
- Beeline / ServiceNow (Snow)
- Eureka / Workday Finance
- EProfit Accounts Payable
- EPAM Asset Management
- Core / Throughput systems:
- Workday (Org Management / KP hierarchy)
- FAR General Ledger
- Downstream / Output & Reporting systems:
- CEDS
- GFRS
- Hyperion Planning
- ING Today
- CIA Statutory Reporting
- MASS / EPM Cloud
- MIS OneBank
Data Flow & Integration Control
- Ensure endtoend data consistency across upstream inputs, core finance systems, and downstream reporting platforms
- Understand and manage system dependencies, sequencing, and impact analysis of master data changes
- Proactively identify data breaks, misalignments, or timing issues affecting reporting and planning outputs
Business & Systems Translation
- Translate business, Finance, and HR requirements into systemready master data structures
- Act as a key liaison between:
- Finance & HR stakeholders
- Shared Services and IT / Systems teams
Process Improvement & Standardization
- Identify opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual data handling
- Support standard operating procedures, documentation, and standardization across systems
- Contribute to strengthening data governance, controls, and scalability
Controls, Audit & Governance
- Maintain complete audit trails and evidence for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and control requirements
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Finance, HR, IT, Shared Services, and Transformation teams
- Provide structured updates on status, risks, dependencies, and actions
What Were Looking For:
Experience & Background
- Experience in Master Data Management, Finance Systems, ERP Support, Data Operations
- Handson exposure to Finance and/or HR data structures, such as:
- Cost centers
- Organizational hierarchies
- Entities and reporting structures
- Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or system-driven transformations is a strong plus
Systems & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of endtoend data flows across multiple systems
- Experience working with ERP and reporting environments (e.g., Workday, General Ledger, Planning or EPM platforms)
- Ability to manage dependencies between HR, Finance, and reporting systems
- Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and confidence in managing complex system environments.
