International Wealth and Premier Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the worlds largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers needs. Functional reporting to SVP Business and Channel Management Entity reporting to SVP Business and Channel Management Drive effective sales performance management framework and reward mechanisms to support business growth and sales behaviors. - Design and manage sales incentive frameworks and performance scorecards - Review alignment between business strategy priorities and reward mechanisms - Manage sales target allocation and performance measurement methodology - Monitor business achievement against defined KPIs - Ensure accuracy, transparency and consistency in reward administration - Analyze effectiveness of incentive schemes and business outcomes - In charge of incentive & reward performance review and governance - Prepare business performance insights and management materials Strong managerial, planning, analytical, communications, decision-making, lateral thinking, influencing, interpersonal and project management skills Thorough understanding of IWPB Incentive Framework and management techniques, as well as the business and products supported and the regulations impacting them Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization, especially with sales channels Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at senior levels within the organization. Familiar with HSBC in organization, products, processes and regulations affecting the deliverables.
