Job Duties: Vice President, Product Management with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Serve as a Product Manager, responsible for developing and launching strategic product solutions for both US domestic and cross border payment offerings. Guide every step of the product's lifecycle working cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Partners with Legal, Compliance and Risk functions so new products meet the firms Ready to Launch processes and meet necessary compliance and regulatory requirements. Breakdown complex problems into executable roadmaps to drive product development. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams on payment rail and vendor capabilities, processes and rules. Ensure the firm remains compliant with payment rail processing rules including evidencing this compliance. Lead the release planning including testing and release communication.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field.Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) in the following: experience of implementing payment rails including at least one of the following: CHIPS, Fedwire, Target2, RTP; detailed payment rail knowledge including SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, SEPA, BACS, Target2 and RTP; experience of end-to-end product ownership from ideation to commercialization, working in a diverse global team driving rapid team and product growth; working in client-facing situations partnering with Sales teams with the ability to understand and articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions; and maintaining requirements and information in JIRA and Confluence.
