We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President Customer Intelligence.

In this role you will:

  • Execute the insight exploration through analyses of the portfolio and other data sources
  • Facilitate the interpretation of data analyses and data-led insights in business language
  • Prepare presentation materials for management in illustrating outcome of business analyses and respective recommendations
  • Develop business outcome tracking templates
  • Adopt market / industry best practices and bring-in best-in-class and relevant solutions for better business decisions.
  • Support the awareness building on how to leverage analytics tools and techniques by business communities
  • Adhere to standards for the application of analytics in the team

To be successful you will need:

  • Solid experience in leveraging business analytics to drive business growth, based on internal and external best practice
  • Degree in relevant quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline with a focus on use of analytics
  • Ability to converse both in technical and business language
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in banking products and services preferably in commercial / SME banking field
  • Rich experience in working with cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g. AWS, GCP, etc.) and data & analytics tools (e.g. SAS, Python)
  • Understanding of data model and fair experience in data governance would be an advantage
