We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Fraud Monitoring Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough analysis on Credit Card, Debit Card, and Banking transactions through the SAS EFM fraud detection system to identify any potential fraud and take any urgent action to minimize the bank loss.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Candidate could perform detail analysis of suspicious Credit card, Debit Card, and or Banking transaction and inform leader or supervisor of any new fraud trend
  • Candidate could apply high customer service standard to all customers and perform sound protection for HBID customers
  • Have a good communication skill especially in English both written and conversation
  • Minimum bachelors degree
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in Fraud Monitoring Transaction
