In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies

• Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads.

• In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients the role holder will need to complete simple retail sales.

• Development of strong working relationships with relevant business areas (e.g., WPB, Marketing, etc)

• Delivery high standard customer service to meet customer satisfactory

Qualifications - External

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of one year proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent

• Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM product, mortgage, etc.

• Knowledge of the constantly changing laws/regulations governing banks/finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets

• Strong presentation and sales skills

• Objection handling techniques and work under pressure

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer service orientation

• Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market

• Attain any internal standards as required by HBCN
