Sr. CIB Performance Manager, HSBC Technology & Services (USA) Inc., New York, NY:

Lead corporate banking contribution to relevant investment frameworks, support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and lead inputs to strategic reviews. Propose, coordinate and lead inputs to key strategic initiatives for Corporate Banking and various business transformation activities, including the development of related business cases. Coordinate performance management and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of strategic initiatives to deliver long term objectives of revenue generation and cost saving in alignment with Global Businesses, HSBC Operations Services & Technology (HOST), and Global Functions. Coordinate papers/presentations requested by Corporate Banking, Global Businesses or Functions and regional/country stakeholders. Coordinate the strategy, execution, management and reporting of all Corporate Banking segments including rollout / maintenance of standard tools, targets, performance tracking, operating models, sales processes, people agenda and governance. Manage the rollout of new and enhanced relationship management tools such as Insights dashboards, Actionable Intelligence and Customer Management Experiences within the regions you support. Ensure information flow and sharing among stakeholders in support of effective timely decision making.

Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or a related field and 10 years of related work experience.

Must have 5 years experience in:

  • Banking Products (Global Payments and Cash Management, Global Trade and Receivables Finance, Investment Banking, Markets Security Services, Credit & Lending)
  • Compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, UDAAP, Reg W)
  • Change impact analysis and adoption planning, including usage of project management platforms (Jira and Monday.com)
  • Design process maps and KPI reports

Must have 3 years experience in:

  • Generative AI proficiency
  • Qlik reporting tools to drive new dashboard ideas and engagement
  • CRM tools (Microsoft CME and third-party marketing tools Pitchbook, RelPro or D&B) to drive adoption and best practice sharing across the frontline teams.
