We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Wealth Product Strategy and Proposition Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure that the investment wealth product shelf is competitive, fit for purpose and aligned to the latest market outlook, collaborating with the CIO teams, product owners and manufacturers to continually update our product shelf with innovative solutions
  • Drive commercialization of our curated investment wealth product shelf by delivering sales support (including sales scripts and kits)
  • Support wealth customer growth via collaboration with customer proposition, segment offerings and branding teams
  • Support competitive analysis and customer insights work for the Affluent, Premier and Premier Elite segments
  • Work with the Sales Performance and Effectiveness, as well as Premier & Wealth Distribution teams to identify and implement initiatives to deliver wealth business growth targets among the Emerging Affluent, Premier and Premier Elite segments
  • Support the Wealth Sales Process & Journey team and the Wealth Platform team in defining the wealth journeys of different target customers taking into consideration their different needs and preferences
  • Thorough understanding of the target customers via enhanced analytics (e.g. Big Data and Machine Leaning)
  • Work with Marketing to on marketing programmes development and implementation

To be successful you will need:

  • 10 years + of experience within product, investment specialist and/or wealth sales roles
  • Strong planning, analytical, communications, decision-making, lateral thinking, influencing, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Understanding of wealth investment products, as well as the businesses and the regulations impacting them
  • Familiarity with wealth product development as well as design thinking
  • Proven track record in business development and initiatives delivery
  • Prior experience working in more than one market advantageous
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization and with customer groups.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at senior levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of the organization and its products, processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of the customer service concept and its impact on customer relationships.
  • Bachelors degree required. Advance degree (MBA or equivalent) a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Culturally sensitive and understanding of local customer needs
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Able to operate effectively in a complex environment
  • Able to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner
