We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

Business: CIB - Client Services Tech

Principal responsibilities

  • Work with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management to analyze, evaluate and document OBKYC (onboarding and KYC) requirements
  • Managing implementation of OBKYC solutions, especially on the onboarding or KYC renewal application forms, including data integrations with different systems
  • Managing the analysis and documentation of business process and IT processes
  • Engage with stakeholders and able to advise and support them on onboarding and KYC solution/product related queries or issues
  • Support and influence product owners / stakeholders to prioritize work; provide solutions, consultancy and support to satisfy global business needs
  • Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
  • Contribute to OBKYC BA team to create a high-performing, high-energy working environment and help develop junior BA or engineering members
  • Drive and encourage constructive cross-region teamwork through collaboration and co-operation
  • Work closely with architecture to ensure underlying implications of decisions are understood and to maintain strong collaborative relationships with the engineering and architecture teams

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Extensive expertise and knowledge in customer onboarding and KYC processes and CDD requirements
  • Extensive analysis and problem-solving skills, and experience in documenting user stories, functional/nonfunctional requirements
  • Work experience in global projects and with global teams and stakeholders
  • Good understanding in development process with ability to prioritise the tasks for team and convey the requirements properly
  • Experience in customer data integration development
  • Good domain knowledge in onboarding and KYC renewal process and able to understand the journey from end to end perspective
  • Professional English communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Experience and practices on development is a plus
