We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Distribution Campaigns and Events.

In this role you will need:

  • Lead the planning and execution of local and overseas distribution events and campaigns
  • Liase with event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor liaison, schedules, and materials preparation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support programme development and content requirements
  • Manage operational details such as registrations, rehearsals, on-site setup, and post-event follow-ups
  • Responsible for creating and updating event communications, EDMs, and basic marketing materials
  • Track timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
  • Support budget tracking, documentation, and post-event reporting
  • Provide on-ground support during events to ensure seamless attendee experience

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong interest in event management, campaigns, and experiential marketing
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Clear communicator with strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support the team proactively
