We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Distribution Campaigns and Events.
In this role you will need:
- Lead the planning and execution of local and overseas distribution events and campaigns
- Liase with event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor liaison, schedules, and materials preparation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support programme development and content requirements
- Manage operational details such as registrations, rehearsals, on-site setup, and post-event follow-ups
- Responsible for creating and updating event communications, EDMs, and basic marketing materials
- Track timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Support budget tracking, documentation, and post-event reporting
- Provide on-ground support during events to ensure seamless attendee experience
To be successful you will need:
- Strong interest in event management, campaigns, and experiential marketing
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear communicator with strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
