We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Global events team. This role is located in London

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Associate, Events to join our Global Events team. This role will support the planning, execution, and measurement of industry sponsorships and client facing events, helping drive business outcomes and strengthen our brand presence.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings creativity and operational excellence to every aspect of event management — from pre-planning to onsite delivery to post-event reporting.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Event Planning & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, AV/production, catering, shipping, registration, and travel arrangements.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Track budgets, process invoices, and support negotiations to deliver cost-effective events while maintaining quality.
  • Technology & Tools: Manage event platforms (e.g., registration tools, mobile apps), track attendee engagement, and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Onsite Execution: Act as a primary onsite contact for events, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a professional brand presence.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Support post-event analysis, gathering feedback, and reporting ROI/impact to stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the development of event playbooks, checklists, and scalable best practices to drive efficiency.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Several years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or a related field (B2B or financial services experience preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with event tech platforms (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Workfront, ON24) and Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
