We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director, Vendor Management Manager
In this role, you will:
- Proven technology vendor management experience in financial services (multinational bank preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bank technology operations and third-party governance/risk expectations (incl. TPEM).
- Commercial and financial strength: P&L impact, forecasting, business cases, and cost optimisation.
- Contracting capability: SLA/T&Cs expertise and ability to shape contracts to business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to improve vendor performance and manage across contract types (T&M, managed services, HW/SW).
- Strong stakeholder management in a complex matrix environment (Tech, COO, Finance, Procurement, Risk).
- Analytical/problem-solving skills to synthesise complex data and drive decisions/outcomes.
- Understanding of HSBC strategy/operating model and awareness of external environment (regulatory/market).
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
