We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager , Decision Systems Data

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and document requirements with data lineage, transformation rules and data quality rules. Define and Build data pipelines with end-to-end flow from trusted sources until consumption layer. Build complex calculated attributes, feature variables on the technology stack being used.
• Actively contribute with the monitoring and reporting of progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the Program management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Assist business stakeholders with the simplification of complex business requirements
• Coordinate with the business and technology teams to lead the creation and development of data management standards. Extending support to the line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and guiding peers on process if needed.
• Responsible for ensuring the development of cost-effective code for assigned projects. Manages the automation of repetitive programming steps to reduce the need for manual intervention. Take charge of the maintenance of generated programs, queries and profiles to make certain organizational information resources are leveraged efficiently.
• As the role holder develops greater expertise and maturity, additional responsibilities will be added: The incumbent of this role is expected to surmise the business priority and enable the effective delivery of projects and analysis.
• Independently deliver medium to high level complexity changes on Data Decision Store. Support and provide design solutions to the complex business requirements. Prioritize best practice adoption. Implements efficiency and process improvement.
• Mentor new joiners and supports in their day-to-day deliveries. Implement the group improvement initiatives from end-to-end perspective.

To be successful you will:

• Build and maintain data pipelines to deliver required data variables. Impact analysis of data/attribute changes and de-deduplication. Strong understanding of Credit Risk Strategies: acquisitions, portfolio management collections, and its data components
• Experience in translating business requirement documents to detailed data and implementation requirements. Exposure to Analytical modelling approaches and data science, Passion for data analysis, data quality, and diligence, Experience in creating data quality rules for MI, strategies: accuracy, validity, completeness, etc.

• Relevant experience on cloud computing with GCP experience. Bachelors or masters degree from reputed university with specialization in engineering discipline. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/Retail banking-operations is desired.
• Experience on working on Data/Information Management projects of varying complexities. Strong background and direct experience on google cloud (GCP) implementing data pipelines,Strong experience in Airflow, Big Query, DBT, Big Table, Dataflow, Python, CICD Pipeline, Jenkins
• Strong experience in efficient cloud computing. Experience with Agile/iterative process in delivering use cases. Exposure to JIRA/Confluence for project management activity
• Enthusiasm for proactively seeking, exploring, and developing use cases for new data and/or tools/wider industry trends. Proven ability to work in a matrix multi-national operating structure.
• Strong background working with large-scale data, data management, data quality, visualization and dashboard design and regulatory and compliance matters. Experience with Agile/iterative process in the context of project tracking and reporting. Exposure to JIRA/Confluence for project management activity
