We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Data Management Support

In this role, you will:

• The role demands a highly motivated, pro-active approach to data management with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Candidates should have experience of the investment management industry, significant data management experience, be highly numerate and able to come up with solutions to unanticipated problems where required (ideally drawing on industry expertise and prior experience).
• The primary purpose of the role will be to ensure that the support to product team is delivered by understanding the ask. Set-up of a fund and maintain Static and Dynamic data of a fund / Mandate is respective platform.
• Data management knowledge should include a thorough understanding of investor data service including Fund data service, product knowledge, characteristics of a fund.
• The candidate should have a functional understanding and end-to-end trade life cycle of a fund an its related topics.
• The role demands building lasting and trusted relationships with front office stakeholders (including fund managers, analysts, desk assistants and production support staff and demonstrating to said stakeholders that the data management support offered by the role understands their needs from a data perspective.
• Adherence to the global policies and standards within all projects, processes and outputs.

To be successful, you will

• At least 4+ years’ experience within asset / investment management firms/roles. Preferably 3+ years’ work experience in the areas of Investment Operations such as Fund Operations, Product launch, Onboarding of a fund,
• Strong technical skillset as relating to data management and front office support work including sound understanding of front office tools and systems ( decision support tools, databases, etc.)
• Excellence in Structured query Language,
• Familiarity with data platforms such as MorningStar, Clearstream, Lipper, Factsheet
• Experience in creating Bloomberg Identifier for a fund
• Effective communication and strong analytical skills is a must
• Effective Stake-holder Management is a must
