We are currently seeking experienced talent marketing specialist to join the team as Employer Brand and Marketing Lead, MENAT.

The Role:

The Employer Brand and Marketing Lead, MENAT will drive Employer Brand activation and manage recruitment marketing for this region to help support our ambition to be seen as an employer of choice. In this role you will be responsible for leading market employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives, including always on content activation, lead generation media support and recruiter enablement.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating strategic partnerships:
      • Leading collaborative relationships with local market leads across talent, people, communications and marketing.
      • Be the strategic and creative expert on how we need to nuance and personalise content for this region with strong local cultural insight and talent behaviour and channel preferences.

  • Leading marketing campaign activation:
      • Deliver of marketing initiatives, with a focus on always-on campaigns across our owned channels.
      • Be the point person to educate and enable recruiters with tools, templates and resources.
      • Input into the global lead generation workflow, local support and requirements

  • Championing Employer Brand Excellence:
      • Act as a steward of Employer Brand, ensuring consistency, relevance, and differentiation across all touchpoints to elevate brand equity and stakeholder engagement.
      • Drive lead generation excellence:
      • Strong performance marketing experience to drive lead generation and build strong local audience pools for retargeting.

  • Leading Stakeholders Engagement:
      • Communication Teams: Partnering to build a pipeline of work with synergise across Employer Brand and Communication teams.
      • Marketing Teams: Championing partnership with the customer marketing teams to develop solutions for both candidates, colleagues and customers.
      • Interlocks across the Employer Brand team.
      • Enterprise Talent teams: MENAT People and Enterprise Talent leads.

In order to apply for this role, you will have the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required in order obtain a UAE work permit.
  • 6-8 years’ experience working in an employer brand/Recruitment Marketing focused role for a leading global brand.
  • MENAT regional experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to guide, advise and advocate brand and marketing value creation for the business.
  • Experience working with teams across disciplines—including brand, marketing and communications—and various business partners to drive strategic priorities and outcomes.
  • The ability to advocate the importance customer engagement (candidates and employees as customers) and outcomes.
