International Wealth and Premier Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.   • Job content
    • Analyze banking data across customer, transaction, deposit, investment, and product domains to support business strategy
    • Provide customer centric initiatives by customer analytics for business growth and issues identification
    • Design and maintain management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis for business and management teams
    • Implement standard campaign process by regional guideline for campaign execution and performance evaluation
    • Implement Propensity model to prioritize customer potential for targeting strategy and conversion rate improvement
    • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data definitions and analytical metrics

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines
  • Posses relevant experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting within banking or financial services
  • Strong data analytic skill with hands-on experience in SAS, SQL or Python, and working with large-scale databases or data warehouses
  • Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI or analytical tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
  • Solid understanding of banking and financial products, including wealth management, deposits, loans and cards
  • Familiarity with customer analytics, segmentation, or campaign performance analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable message for non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Exposure to AI / ML use cases is preferred
  • Experience in integrating external open-source data with internal banking data to develop analytical use cases and business application is preferred
