The Client Analytics Manager will analyze customer, transaction, deposit, investment and product data to support business strategy and customer-centric initiatives within International Wealth and Premier Banking. The role designs and maintains management reports and dashboards, performs ad-hoc analysis, and implements campaign processes and propensity models to improve targeting and conversion. The manager will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data definitions, analytical metrics and actionable insights. Strong collaboration with business teams is required to drive analytics-led growth and performance evaluation.
