We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Category Manager - Workforce Sourcing.
Youll support the Category Lead in a specific sub-category area, covering all Consultancy and Non-Permanent Workforce within their respective Business areas. With specific category knowledge, this will be achieved through the creation and continual review of robust and forward-looking category plans that use the full range of supply and demand-side levers. Youll be required to identify new outsourcing opportunities and assess their relevance and potential value to the organisation in conjunction with and under the guidance of the Global Head of Workforce Sourcing.
Youll develop influential senior level relationships with designated businesses and functions on behalf of all the Procurement sub- functions.

In this role youll:
On a global basis, lead strategy and planning for consultancy, delivering cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management and innovation
Accountable for commercial & contract negotiations with small, medium and large consultancy Services & Consultancy Suppliers
Supporting the creation of sub-category strategies and plans
Managing global strategic tenders within the consultancy Services category.
Develop influential senior level stakeholder relationships
Driving business outcomes and behaviours with subject matter expertise to drive value through the category planning lifecycle
Constantly monitoring supplier market and identify opportunities resulting from new product offerings
Continually monitoring buying channel compliance for the business/ function with whom they own the Procurement relationship and driving corrective action as necessary
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Depth of experience in consultancy and resourcing Category Management
Background in working within complex, multi layered organisations and worked to the pace and drive required
Extensive experience in leading negotiations and managing large value procurement consultancy deals
Significant experience in leading, defining and executing complex transactions and deals across multiple categories of spend
Advanced skills in data analysis, and the application of a range of commercial & procurement models
Experience in post contractual activities including contract management
Strong experience of using Coupa procurement system
