Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers to take care of their day-to-day finances and to manage, protect and grow their wealth. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Supporting tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Providing support to the communication new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
- Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
- Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
- Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
- Protect the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining
- Current product/market knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Managerial experience
- At least 3 years experience in supervisory role of sales function
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
- Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills
- Result driven and able to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written English
