Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Brokerage Business Development Manager.
In this role you will
- Identify, pursue and expand new business opportunities to achieve business targets on a daily basis with collaboration with channel frontline in customer meetings and associated preparations
- Uplift frontline productivity by activating new joiners and beefing up existing frontline’s selling skills, product / sales process knowledge, industry trends etc. to deliver sales excellence
- Identify and recommend any potential enhancements from frontline / customer feedback to improve customer experience and sales process
- Drive new product / service / sales process launch / reinforcement for quick and wide adoption in frontline
- Drive INHK strategic initiatives in frontline to align with the company’s business priorities, profitability and growth targets
To be successful you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferrable with prior experience in life insurance sales / business development / related role
- Strong and solid knowledge in products, selling skills market trends etc., and track record in new business development and people development initiatives
- Proactive, agile and effective interpersonal skill to build close working relationships and collaborate with channel and internal partners
- Insurance related license required, including completion of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (Paper 1,3,5) and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
