We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics.

Principal responsibilities

As the Transformation Lead, you will be at the helm of this critical initiative, responsible for:

Migration Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and own the comprehensive migration strategy, proposal, and multi-year roadmap.
  • Define the market migration waves based on strategic factors such as license expiry dates, technical complexity, and business readiness.
  • Create and refine the "Migration Playbook" that will serve as the blueprint for all market transitions.

Leadership & Execution:

  • Act as the overall Migration Pod Lead, managing and directing multiple cross-functional "migration pods" responsible for executing the market transitions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end migration lifecycle for each market, from initial discovery and gap analysis to go-live and hypercare.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks to ensure the program stays on track.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all migration-related activities.
  • Coordinate and build strong relationships with in-market IT teams, business stakeholders, and regional leadership across our global markets.
  • Clearly and consistently communicate program status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and executive sponsors.

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Work in close collaboration with the Dhub Core Product team to provide feedback from markets, identify feature gaps, and ensure the platform is ready to meet market needs.
  • Align the migration plan with other major bank initiatives, such as cloud transformation and data enablement programs.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a unique blend of leadership, technical depth, and strategic thinking.

Proven Project & Program Management:

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs, preferably in a global financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, complex dependencies, and tight deadlines. PMP or similar certification is a strong plus.

Digital Transformation Expertise:

  • A proven track record of leading successful digital transformation or enterprise platform migration initiatives (e.g., legacy to cloud, monolithic to microservices).
  • Experience in driving change across diverse, geographically distributed teams and navigating corporate structures.

Strong Technical Acumen:

  • Solid understanding of modern enterprise architecture, including cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.), APIs, data migration concepts, and CI/CD.
  • While not a hands-on developer role, you must be comfortable leading technical discussions and challenging technical assumptions.
  • Experience with marketing technology (MarTech) or decisioning engines is highly desirable.

Exceptional Communication & Influence:

  • World-class communication skills, with the ability to articulate a complex technical strategy to both senior executives and hands-on technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities.
