  • To provide ideas and solution to smoothen the complex process.
  • Quality controller and timely updating the internal error log file.
  • To take part and execute Emergency Escalation Plan for Operations Teams.
  • Sharing best practise across team members related to Asset Services processes.
  • Managing self-efficiency and keep the overtime at minimum level.
  • To actively engage with stake holder, client and other relevant parties.
  • Initiate process ideas and improvement.

What you will need to succeed in the role:

Knowledge:

  • A degree in accounting/finance/management/business administration. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations commensurate with the position.

Experience:

  • Possess a broad understanding of Corporate Action event processes e.g product knowledge, event cycles, event types.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant Securities/Asset Services field.

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills, networking abilities in building relationship with people at all.
  • Possess knowledge on MS Office with good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Leadership skills, with ability to build rapport with and relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people.
  • Ability to learn quickly and transfers knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently, write business letters and reports, and have good conversational / telephone skills.
  • Experience in producing and preparing reports.
  • Good Management skills and initiate improvements.
  • Able under challenging environment with tight timelines.
