We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Asst. Mgr - MIDDLE OFFICE FINS DATA (UK)

Principal responsibilities

  • To support rollout of new products/ activities within Investment Operations & ensure its successful implementation.
  • Active participation and support of migration / re-migration of funds & adherence to all project/migration timelines.
  • Review the Postings/Reconciliation Packs/ Trades Upload.
  • Review the deliverables of upstream shells with regard to accuracy of breaks reported.
  • Perform maker and checker activities as and when required.
  • Raising the exceptions with appropriate teams
  • Updating all MIS/trackers as required by the process.

Requirements

University Graduate

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and both internal and external parties.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Ability to plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities.

Ability to monitor performance against objectives.

Proven ability to work independently and to motivate and influence others.

Desire to achieve service excellence which is recognised by all HSS clients, competitors and industry bodies

risk scenarios associated with this role and act upon pertinent risk (if any).

What additional skills will be good to have?

Basic knowledge in custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds and Investment Operations.

Knowledge of Derivatives Instruments

Additional qualifications related to financial industry including IOC will be given preference

Individuals having worked in different departments/ functions will be given preference.
