Full Job Description
In Open Banking Services, we are responsible for digital bankings 3rd channel - our PSD2 API provisions standardized and reliable API to payment accounts and makes it possible to identify third-party payment service providers in a secure way and secures all related communication between all parties involved, providing third parties with account information services and payment functionality. Together with that, we have our backlog packed with many other interesting future use cases.
We are now looking for a Technical Business Analyst, who will be responsible for translating business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and coordinating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver secure, scalable and compliant Open Banking services.
Your tasks
- Prepare concepts, business process models, technical specifications, epics and technical user stories.
- Translate requirements for backend applications into functional/non-functional requirements to technical requirements.
- Foster a partnership with the stakeholders to be able to propose new ideas and alternative solutions.
- Support the Product Owner in structuring and breaking down the backlog and creating user stories.
- Provide support to end users including issue management and root cause analysis.
- Analyze and manage dependencies/ interfaces with other systems.
- Maintain and create user documentation.
- Define functional test scenarios along with the test team.
- Support defect management, including analysis, resolution coordination and documentation.
- Work as part of an agile team who together have the responsibility to deliver features and maintain operational stability across the entire lifecycle.
Your profile
- Knowledge and extensive experience in technical business analysis.
- Familiarity with APIs (creating OpenAPI specification) and SQL.
- Experience with requirements gathering, writing user stories, and use cases.
- Strong IT affinity and good knowledge of business workflows and data modeling.
- Experience working with backend applications (microservices).
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Soft skills: Communication, stakeholder management and teamwork.
