In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, analyze and document business processes, define requirements, and build solutions that align with organizational goal.

Your key responsibility will be to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation.

Your main tasks are:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Develop and present data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
• Design and recommend solutions to optimize business processes and operations.
• Work in an agile environment with cross-functional and international teams on functional and technical requirements
• Create detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Test and evaluate the success of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.

Which technology & skills are important for us?

• High knowledge of collecting, measuring, organizing, and analyzing data - ability to analyze processes and requirements
• Good knowledge of business analysis
• Good knowledge of project management
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• English B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• German B2/C1 level
• Basic knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
• Basic knowledge of Scrum Framework
• Basic knowledge of API concept, Kafka Events and Camunda, BPMN

Customer Data Management (CDM) harmonizes the heterogeneous application landscape for customer master data to enable fast and efficient access across the bank and to create the basis for a new standard of data quality. We create group-wide views of the personal and customer master data and link these to alliances for internal and regulatory processes.
