I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a global law firm, for a Legal Assistant (H/F) based in Paris. This is a permanent position.
This role will require daily interactions with partners and clients. Consequently, a high level of personal confidence and professionalism is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to a team of lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones where applicable.
Draft, format, and proofread documents, correspondence, and presentations in accordance with firm standards.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and responsive approach.
Support lawyers with matter opening, conflict checks, and general administrative processes.
Assist with client relationship management tasks, including updating databases and preparing client materials.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
