Job description
A specialized two-day training program for women students in their penultimate year of studies, offering an immersive introduction to Engineering roles in Finance. Participants will gain hands-on experience, learn about diverse engineering opportunities, and develop career readiness skills at Goldman Sachs.
Primary responsibilities include exploring diverse engineering roles across Quantitative Strategists, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and Systems Engineering. Participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences that provide insight into building scalable software, architecting infrastructure solutions, and leveraging machine learning in financial contexts.
Required experience includes being a student in the penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with a strong interest in technology and finance. Participants should demonstrate academic excellence, curiosity about technological innovation, and a desire to understand complex financial engineering challenges.
