Job Duties: Vice President, Sales Strats with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York.  Provide structured financing solutions to global institutional clients, including but not limited to fund derivatives, fund financing, equity financing, and index solutions. Responsible for distribution of structured transactions, including providing relevant product expertise to clients. Responsible for structuring transactions from regulatory capital, accounting, securities legal, and tax perspective. Responsible for coordinating & helping to determine pricing for structured transactions. Responsible for executing structured transactions across Trading, Engineering & Operations. This is a heavily client-facing role, spending 30%+ of time per year on calls/meetings with clients, or associated follow-ups. Primary party responsible for US products facing global clients. 

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or related field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include four (4) years of experience with the following skills: having facility with fund vehicle corporate structures including hedge funds, regulated funds, and ETFs; having expertise in global equity funding market dynamics; and knowledge of global institutional investor client base across a range of institution types, regions, and investing constraints. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with the following skills: conducting analysis of securities legal, accounting, regulatory capital, and tax treatments (e.g. 871m, Basket Notices) considerations for structured financing transactions; conducting analysis of derivative margining requirements (including CFTC, SEC, EMIR) and associated set-up and costs; and having expertise in Prime Brokerage considerations, including market risk and funding constraints. 5% to 10% time spent for traveling both domestic and International, attending and presenting at conferences and visiting institutional clients. 

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $180,000 - $270,000.
