Divisional Overview

The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) division integrates financial planning, spend management, third-party risk management, product management and engineering teams to support strategic decisions across the firm. 

 

Finance & Planning drives business planning, budgeting, and analytics across revenue, expense, liquidity, and capital. The pillar includes divisional CFOs providing strategic finance advisory, Product Finance managing non-compensation expense governance, and Corporate Insurance & Advisory overseeing the firm's insurance needs and risk mitigation.

Global Procurement strategically manages third-party engagement, optimizing value and mitigating risks across the supply chain. Key functions include Strategic Sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Travel, and Sustainable Operations driving ESG initiatives.

Product & Reporting manages the product lifecycle for CPM technology platforms and delivers comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and analytics. The team oversees financial planning and analysis systems, spend management tools, and TPRM solutions while providing stakeholders with actionable insights for evidence-based decisions.

CPM Engineering provides engineering solutions enabling third-party spend management, data automation, budget planning, financial forecasting, and expense allocation aligned with strategic objectives.

CPM Management provides strategic oversight, operational support, communications and change management, and risk governance across the division.

 

Role Overview

 

Professionals in CPM have an analytical mindset, exhibit intellectual curiosity, and come from diverse academic backgrounds. This role sits within Global Procurement and specifically supports Real Estate Strategic Sourcing for capital projects, with a focus on corporate office interior fit-out delivery. The role is intended for a senior sourcing professional with strong category depth in Real Estate fit-out procurement.

The role requires close collaboration with Real Estate Development, project management teams, Finance, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to lead sourcing activity across the project lifecycle. The candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, independently managing multiple workstreams, driving commercial analysis, leading bid evaluations, and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with teams across India and other international regions are essential.

The role requires a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing professional to join our Real Estate category team, leading capital projects procurement with a focus on interior fit-out for corporate office environments. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Real Estate Capital Projects Sourcing & Category Leadership:
    • Lead sourcing strategy development and execution for Real Estate capital projects, with emphasis on interior fit-out works for corporate office environments.
    • Lead bid analysis, commercial evaluations, benchmarking, and market research to inform sourcing decisions across construction, furniture, and project-related services.
    • Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including supplier identification, preparation of bid documentation, RFx execution, commercial comparisons, negotiation leadership, award recommendations, and contract execution.
    • Evaluate total project cost, commercial drivers, schedule considerations, and scope alignment to deliver value-based sourcing outcomes.
    • Ensure sourcing activities are aligned with internal governance, project approval requirements, and the Firmwide Third Party Risk and Control Framework.
    • Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Real Estate project stakeholders to identify, manage, and resolve commercial, contractual, and execution risks during the sourcing process.
  • Stakeholder Management & Project Leadership:
    • Partner with internal clients and project teams to shape sourcing strategy based on project scope, timelines, delivery priorities, and commercial objectives for workplace fit-out projects.
    • Work closely with Real Estate Development, project managers, Finance, Legal, and other internal functions to lead smooth execution of sourcing events, supplier onboarding, and contracting processes.
    • Prepare and present bid summaries, recommendation materials, and status updates for internal stakeholders to support sourcing decisions, project governance, and senior management alignment.
    • Maintain robust sourcing documentation, commercial trackers, and key project records with a high level of accuracy, control, and audit readiness.
  • Commercial Leadership & Negotiation:
    • Demonstrate strong understanding of construction cost structures, pricing components, contract commercials, and scope comparison relevant to interior fit-out procurement.
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers on pricing, scope, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and risk positions to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
    • Analyse supplier submissions, identify commercial and scope variances, and develop clear recommendation materials that balance cost, risk, quality, and schedule.
