YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will serve as a critical member of the Public Markets Platform (PMP) Management & Strategy team within Wealth Management, working directly with the head of platform management & strategy, the chief operating officer, and the global co-heads. This individual will help be responsible for the development, strategy, execution, and management of a broad range of growth initiatives and business priorities across the Public Markets Platform (PMP) inclusive of Managed Strategies, Equity Structuring, and Cross Markets team. The role empowers a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities to operate at the center of the business. They will independently lead complex projects, navigate competing priorities, and ensure the seamless execution of key initiatives. The position demands the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment, along with the ability to build credibility and work effectively with individuals at every level of the organization both within the business and across external stakeholders.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Strategic Planning: work as part of a global team to support key priorities of leadership and serve as point of contact for initiatives
- Platform Transformation: Help drive large-scale business transformation initiatives related to the launch of new products, as well as platform uplift and strategy
- Operational Effectiveness: Develop a deep understanding of each teams structure and collaborate with key stakeholders on business planning, revenue reporting, and people strategy.
- Executive Reporting: assist in preparation of reports, presentations, speaking engagements and materials for senior management and other key stakeholder communications
- Cross Functional Projects: lead and support strategic initiatives across divisions, ensuring alignments and timely execution
- Engineering & Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops teams to enhance transparency and scale business capabilities, resolving structural or operational bottlenecks that impede growth
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 or more years of experience in business management, strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, COO/Chief of Staff, or comparable roles related analytical role
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives, handling sensitive and confidential matters with poise
- Exceptional professionalism, ownership, attention to detail, time management, organizational skills and discretion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to think independently and analytically within a defined framework
- Motivated team player who takes initiative and has ability to work autonomously
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and a strong emphasis on PowerPoint)
