GS Private Credit is a dynamic platform with significant cross-pollination across strategies – direct lending (middle market and large cap performing non-IG credit), opportunistic and structured investments across debt and equity as well as investment grade private credit and asset finance.  GSAM Private Credit is seeking a highly driven individual to join the business unit COO team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • With an operational efficiency mindset, playing a key role in driving global initiatives to streamline currently in-place process and/or to support business development.
  • Producing and distributing platform KPIs, internal materials as well as business-critical presentations.
  • Managing various recurring reporting for senior leadership and internal GS stakeholders.
  • Maintaining various key procedures, controls and risk assessments. 
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data in internal systems leveraged for various leadership reporting.
  • Recruiting and retaining talent by driving campus / lateral recruiting process and managing resource allocation within business to align with divisional target and business strategy.
  • Overseeing floor administration, entitlement requests, expense approvals.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate to form independent judgments
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
